See How we can help Your Department

The Marketing & Communications department functions a bit like a full-service creative agency within The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology. We are committed to stewarding our brand and furthering the impact of our mission by creating access to our ethos and thought leadership.

Our team works collaboratively within our community to tell the ever-evolving story of The Seattle School.

What We Do

We develop and deliver creative marketing strategies to support institutional priorities and departmental projects.

How We Do It

We work collaboratively with departments and teams to develop creative solutions for problems and measurable strategy for opportunities. Our process creates space to get at the heart of why your project/initiative is important and how we can work together to deliver missionally and successfully.

  1. Conception

We begin our process by asking questions and listening to the vision, goals, and needs of your project, initiative, or campaign.

  2. Germination

First rule of brainstorming: All ideas are welcome. During germination our team carves out space to think, create, and step outside the box.

  3. Feasibility

Feasibility is where the hopes and creativity of steps 1 and 2 intersect with reality. We get serious about the timeline and available resources.

  4. Strategy

Equipped with context, research, and goals we develop creative, actionable strategies with clearly defined expectations and timelines.

  5. Execution

Guided by the plan developed in steps 3 and 4, it’s go time! Our role is to ensure that your team is empowered to actualize the vision and goals of your project/initiative/campaign.

  6. Analysis

When your project is complete, we pause, analyze data, learn from the process, and set some intentions for the future.
